CANCELLATION

If you cancel our appointment less than 48 hours before the planned date, i will offset the deposit against my scheduled time and keep the deposit as compensation - without refund and without alternative planning. So please be sure before booking that you can keep them. If I am already on my way to see you, I will charge the entire fee plus travel costs.

If you cancel our appointment more than 48 hours before the planned date, I will of course try to find an alternative date with you and keep the deposit (as well as the travel expenses) as a credit for our next date.

If you have booked an overnight date or travel companion for at least 12 hours or more and cancel it 7 days before the start of the agreed date, I will charge 40% of the agreed fee plus the travel costs as compensation for my reserved time.

So that our planning runs smoothly, I would like to ask you to be considerate of my time and to keep the appointment as punctual as possible. Please note that the date you canceled must be made up for within 3 months, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.

The deposit is to ensure that your request is serious and that our appointment actually takes place. Your desired date will be reserved by me explicitly for you. As a result, I will cancel all events professionally and privately in your favor.
